Hospitality: Current Hospitality Schedule

The Hospitality Team is for those who enjoy making others feel at home at UCOD while serving refreshments in the fellowship hall after our service. 1 Sunday morning a month

Welcome Table:

The Welcome Team is valuable to newcomers and regulars alike, offering friendly assistance by answering questions, providing information regarding activities and events, and sign-up assistance for newcomers to UCOD. 2 Sundays a month

Greeters & Ushers: Current Greeter/Usher Schedule

Our Greeters & Ushers Team embody the loving, accepting welcoming energy of UCOD. Greeters welcome people who enter each Sunday, and Ushers assist with the offering collection and help congregants with basic needs. 1 or 2 Sundays a month

CD Table: CD Team Schedule

The CD Team makes it possible for congregants to hear the Sunday message repeatedly, by duplicating CDs immediately after the Sunday service. Sales of other CD products are also available from this team.

Stage & Sound
Cynthia Raczko, Team Leader

Our Stage & Sound Team creates the
visual and audio environment that supports a sacred Sunday service experience by creating our stage altar, and setting up our sound equipment.

Prayer Chaplain Program - Chaplain In Service Schedule

Our Prayer Chaplains hold sacred space, pray with others at our Sunday service, and make occasional pastoral house or hospital visits. Extensive training program offered once a year.

Youth & Family
   Team Leader - Open

Our Youth and Family Team of teachers and assistants help create an affirming environment to give children and teens a strong spiritual foundation. Complete lessons and support provided.

Spiritual Education

The Spiritual Education Team assists the ministers in creating a joyful supportive learning environment for our spiritual education and enrichment classes and events by assisting with signups, class material and room set up.

Unity in the Community (Outreach)

Our Out-reach Team acts on our sacred responsibility to make a positive difference through active service in the local community and the world.

Caring & Sharing inside our walls    (In Reach)

Do you enjoy connecting and helping others?   Our In-reach Team supports two areas of service to UCOD: The Caring and Sharing Team serves our congregants occasional needs for transportation, meals or other short term human needs. Our Caring and Sharing Team also plans and organizes special social events at UCOD.

Administrative Support

Those with an eye for detail and knack for organization make up a valuable Administrative Support Team providing occasional clerical, administrative and computer support to the daily operations of UCOD.
