Audre is a contemplative lifelong learner who started exploring the spiritual path at a young age, beginning in Catholic school with Christian mystic Saint Theresa of Avila. Since then, she has delved into astrology, yoga and various metaphysical teachings. Reading Karl Jung inspired her to earn a Psychology degree -- although her work life focussed on business, and she is now retired from a career as a real estate appraiser. Studying Centering Prayer with Father Thomas Keating, and learning Tibetan Buddhist meditation and Reiki healing led her to embrace non-dual spiritual practices. While taking her UCoD membership class, she found she has explored much of the same spiritual teachings as Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, so Unity is a natural home for her. She feels blessed to be part of a light-filled community that is committed to continuing spiritual development and to expressing love.
